How fast can I get a photo mount in Nairobi?
We offer a 3-hour express service and same-day delivery in Nairobi. Message us on WhatsApp with your photo and size to arrange express.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery to a fixed address in Nairobi CBD is free on every order. We also send by courier across Kenya; the courier fee depends on where you are, so ask us for the exact amount.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa. At checkout you get a payment prompt on your phone, and your order is only marked as paid once M-Pesa confirms it.
Do I have to pay before you start?
You can place an order without paying and we will contact you. Orders of KES 5,000 and above need a 50% deposit before we start work.
What sizes do you make?
Photo mounts come in A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, A0. The size, dimensions in centimetres and the starting price for each are listed on this page.
Can I see my photo before it is made?
Yes. The design tool shows your photo on a wall at the size you choose, and checks whether your photo is sharp enough to print at that size, before you order.
Where can I collect my order?
Our shop is at IMC House, at the junction of Taveta and Latema Road, 3rd Floor, Office 64, Nairobi.
